Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers of ROULEMIND Project have a money back guarantee within the first day of their membership purchase (excluding the "BRONZE Membership – which has a duration of one day).

Members who have won and earned the equal amount of their purchase as a ROULEMIND Customer using ROULEMIND Program, has no money back guarantee for their purchase as soon as their earnings exceeds the spend amount for ROULEMIND services.

There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a subscriber must continue to remain active after becoming a member of ROULEMIND

Members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason simply by logging into their ROULEMIND account and clicking on the cancel account link where they are required to follow the "Terminate Subscription" link to cancel their subscription. No commissions can be earned by inactive subscribers.

By cancellation of the membership, Refunds are not possible, if the member has received already the service provided herein as a subject matter of ROULEMIND services, such as ROULEMIND Program and ROULEMIND Software.

If the member has paid the one-time purchase price but has not received the service within 3 days for any reason that refers to the undeliverability of the services by ROULEMIND, the subscriber has the right to claim a Refund (there will be given a 150% cashback).

To request a refund, please contact our support (support@roulemind.com) through our contact form providing your ROULEMIND username, payment transaction ID and date of purchase.
